Deja Brew

Has it already been two years? This coffee kiosk is known for their fun outdoor seating area, great downtown location and baristas who come out to your vehicle to get your order when a line forms. They also offer online ordering and a walk-up window. The business opened up in May 2018 and the mother-daughter owners are planning to open a second location in the near future!

We asked them to share an unusual request. They told us they were once specifically asked to make a beige colored drink. Their favorite local event is Trail of Treats and they love dogs.

When asked what they enjoy most about their business, staff commented they really enjoy how many customers become friends, and they noted the overwhelming and continued support for their business in these strange times.

Cooks On Main

This community retail staple was established in 2010, but they call an older downtown building home.  In fact, it houses the old coal furnace that use to provide heat for the entire block back in the 1920s!

If you can’t find it on the shelves, this business can special order nearly anything in the houseware industry. They provide online wedding registries, too and catering from their onsite commercial kitchen.
We asked them what they enjoy about coming to work, and they replied that they have the best customers and team members! They laugh a lot, love talking to customers and truly love helping them find the perfect purchase for the everyday chef.

We also asked them what they have realized they miss and appreciate the most about Williston and this is their reply, word for word:

“Our community is so welling to HELP!!! The amount of calls and support for curbside orders has been amazing.  We miss hosting our cooking classes and talking to our amazing customers everyday!  I can’t wait see them again!”
